General Manager 2 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 Environmental Services / Custodial for Tug Valley ARH Hospital located in Williamson, KY. The hospital is part of the Appalachian Regional Healthcare, which is a not-for-profit health system operating 14 hospitals.

ARH is the largest provider of care, the single largest employer in southeastern Kentucky, and the third-largest private employer in southern West Virginia. This position will report to the Client Executive 1 with a team of 21 frontline housekeepers.

About the job

In this essential leadership role, you’ll be responsible for guiding environmental services operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll manage day-to-day performance, oversee budgets, and champion safety while inspiring your team to meet and exceed service expectations.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $58055  - $75130 

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
