Job Description
Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager 2 to support a corporate service client in Jackson, MS! The food operation is 1 Corporate Cafe and Catering Operations. The best qualified candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized; detail oriented and have the ability to delegate effectively.
This is a well-established and longtime partner of Sodexo's. Our General Manager will have operational and financial over-site for food services onsite. Must be able to provide strong leadership and direction to the food service department with a focus on providing innovative and high-quality programs.

- Have oversight of day-to-day operations, and create a positive working environment

- Client interaction on client request and initiatives, develop and execute a strategy to accelerate business growth
- Create an exceptional experience through marketing, menu design, and food quality; and lead and motivate the management team, inspiring strategic direction
- Ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments and sustain client satisfaction and retention
