About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our café’s success. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations—from team leadership and guest experience to financial performance and vendor partnerships. Your role will be to inspire, coach, and empower a diverse team to deliver warm, welcoming service and a top-tier dining experience every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team across front-of-house and back-of-house operations

  • Ensure operational excellence in service, food quality, and presentation

  • Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve business goals

  • Build strong vendor and client relationships to support sustainable growth

  • Foster a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
