Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food for Stone Springs Hospital Center located in Sterling, VA. With 124 beds, Stone Springs Hospital offers comprehensive healthcare for the Northern Virginia area and is enriched by the financial, technical and professional resources of HCA, the largest non-government hospital organization in the nation.

The General Manager 3 will support a team of 15 frontline employees to ensure the team is exceeding client and patient satisfaction.

• Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
