The Good Eating Company is seeking a seasoned General Manager 3 to lead a multi-faceted operation in El Segundo, California. Our goal is to become the premier workplace hospitality brand in North America. We are obsessed with local products, culture, hospitality, great food, and being the best in class. We seek a strong hospitality leader with a proven commitment to excellence, teamwork, and collaboration to help us achieve our vision. This location is open for Breakfast and Lunch Monday – Friday.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- experience with farm to table cuisine and sustainability
- supported workplace inclusion activities
- experience managing a management team both front-of-house and back-of-house
- financial acumen in creating and managing budgets
The ideal candidates come with:
- A positive “can do” attitude - we’re always willing to go the extra mile
- Strong catering experience including a deep understanding of the technical delivery aspect of catering
- Excellent multi-tasking skills to juggle different tasks and events at one time

What We Offer
Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Position Summary
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
