General Manager 3 - Food
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at Proctor and Gamble Tabler Station in Martinsburg WV! The current food landscape is 1 Main Cafe, 2 Micro-Markets, Vending and Catering Operations.
The General Manager 3 will be responsible for oversight and supports all facets of daily hospitality services. The General Manager will manage the client relationship, budget/finances for the operation, leading and developing a team of 5 hourly employees and 1 salaried chef manager.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- experience managing a management team both front-of-house and back-of-house
- culinary experience as the GM may cover for the Chef Manager when needed
- financial acumen, managing budgets
- experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff
- innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost
- customer driven and strong track record in organizational development
- superior client relations skills and executive presence
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
