SodexoMagic has an exciting opportunity as a General Manager for a National Account located in Devens, MA. This is a high-volume location with a building population of over 2700. The General Manager will have responsibilities for the Café, Micro Market and Catering Services.

Candidate will have a demanding client who requires high level culinary operations experience and high-end catering services. Ideal candidate will have experience with strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, and communication skills. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful financial management experience are musts.

The General Manager will be the number 1 for the location. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing budget/finances for the account
  • Direct client engagement
  • Overseeing the entire food service operation and delivery of high-quality product
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 employees
  • Ensuring Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who has been successful in developing relations, leading teams and influencing customers to become repeat guest.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
