Sodexo is seeking an experienced Campus Dining General Manager 3 at a new Campus Dining account at Union Adventist University in Lincoln, NE. As a Hands On General Manager, you will play a very important role of developing strong strategic partnership with the new client, will oversee Resident Dining, Retail and Catering operations on campus, and lead a team of 20 front and back of the house employees. This is a great career growth opportunity!

Are You the One? We are looking for candidates who:
- Have 3- 4 years previous success as a chef manager or operations manager overseeing a high volume dining operation, prefer university experience or contract management background in healthcare or business dining,
- Demonstrate strategic leadership for current university dining trends,
- Have solid financial acumen - budgets, forecasting, etc.,
- Develop and mentor their team for ongoing career development,
- Possess superior interpersonal skills, able to articulate ideas, thoughts and opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of client and Sodexo's organizations, and
- Excel in developing strong client/stakeholder partnerships through solutioning and innovation.
