The Good Eating Company are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of General Manager to support our new business in San Jose, California.

The Good Eating Company is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a multi-faceted café with a top client. The General Manager of food service will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of the management team and all frontline staff with a focus on excellent customer experience. We're passionate about delectable, fresh food. We take pride in crafting imaginative and well-balanced dishes daily, with a straightforward philosophy: collaborating with forward thinking organizations that value their members and seek exceptional, creative dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong hospitality experience including solid financial acumen and deep understanding farm to table dining
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills to juggle different tasks
  • Ability to build and mentor a solid team who share same level commitment and passion for hospitality: quality presentation, customer service, professionalism
  • Diplomatic skills to work with customer and clients from around the world
