Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food and nutrition services at Adventist Health Rideout – Fountains, a healthcare-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient and resident experiences. Candidates must hold a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian), or other California-recognized dietary/food service certification in order to be considered for this role. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all food service operations, including patient services, retail, and clinical nutrition
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards (including CDPH and Title 22 in California)
  • Manage and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
  • Drive patient and client satisfaction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Partner closely with clinical teams and facility leadership
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality

What You Bring

  • CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian), or other California-recognized dietary/food service certification required
  • Strong leadership experience in healthcare food service, senior living, or similar regulated environment
  • Demonstrated success managing teams, operations, and financials
  • Knowledge of California healthcare regulations and survey readiness
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and improving outcomes
