Job Description
We are looking for candidates that have experience in distribution/logistics. Prefer vending industry experience
Work closely with the Distribution Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Service Manager in daily operations and holding departments and staff accountable.

Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range: $86275 - $111650
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

- Experience managing multi-site or route-based operations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Skillset to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and implement strategies to drive profitability and growth

- Comfort navigating client relationships, resolving issues, and negotiating contracts with professionalism and integrity

Requirements
- Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Related Experience: 3-5 years
