Sodexo is seeking an General Manager 4- Schools for K12 schools in Collinsville, Illinois. The candidate should have understanding of USDA regulations and Child Nutrition Programs. The General Manager for our partnership with Collinsville Community Unit School District 10 will be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the properties through managers, supervisors and frontline employees including influence over financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development. National School Lunch Program experience, valid driver's license and Associate's Degree required.

  • strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication skills, and project management skills;
  • excellent client relationship building ability;
  • strong team development skills and client relationship skills;
  • proven successful P&L and Fee account management;
  • demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement – Associate’s degree, with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
