Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food at Beverly Hospital, located in Beverly, MA. At Sodexo, you will find the ingredients for a great career in food service management. In this role, you will report to the Area GM, and oversee a team of 3 managers and approximately 50 hourly employees. Beverly Hospital, a part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is a 227 bed acute care hospital that proudly serves the communites of the North Shore and Cape Ann.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of all day-to-day operations
• successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff
• ensure delivery of high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals
• develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships
• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance

• bring Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment; a culinary background is a plus but not required
• excel with maintaining strong client relationships and high level of customer service
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• have strong attention to detail in regards to providing high quality, fresh food maintaining the highlest levels of safety and quality standards
