Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an General Manager 4 to join our team at UKG in Weston FL. The food operation is 1 cafe that is open for Breakfast and Lunch where the food is coming from a external commissary location, we also provide office coffee service, vending, catering operations and a new cafe being built in 2024!

The General Manager 4 will be the number 1 on site and oversee the day to day operation. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Managing the budget/finances for the unit
  • Managing the client relations
  • Leading and developing a team of 4 hourly employees
  • Ordering
  • Inventory
  • working with an external vendor

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday schedule.

Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
