Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Resource General Manager 4 to support multiple client sites located in Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee & Mississippi!

We are seeking an organized, driven, and energetic individual with strong hands on operational experience in corporate and retail food service operations. This General Manager will act as a resource to varying accounts and support operations during vacancies as needed. We are seeking a passionate and flexible leader who stays ahead of industry trends, handles change well, and can take direction and feedback from multiple leaders. This position requires the ability to lead diverse teams, face daily challenges, and maintain a positive and energetic work environment. About a Resource Role with Sodexo

Resource Roles are temporary assignments for up to 1 year with the potential for permanent placement at the unit you are hired into. In addition, Resource employees can immediately post for permanent positions outside of the unit they are placed in. Candidates in this role should be open to relocation after 6 months within GA.

  • experience managing a team both front-of-house and back-of-house
  • financial acumen, experience with creating and managing budgets
  • experience training and mentoring a talented and diverse staff
  • customer driven and strong track record in organizational development
  • superior client relations skills and executive presence
  • who has experience with farm to table cuisine and sustainability
  • experience with building great teams

  • have a Bachelors Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
  • have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;
  • have extensive experience managing and operating a budget
  • possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;
  • exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
  • demonstrate working knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.

The salary for this position is $95k annually
