Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food to support Parkview Huntington Hospital and Parkview Wabash Hospital.

The successful candidate will:

      • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
      • create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily;
      • evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;
      • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient and customer experience;
      • achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;
      • perform management functions that include direct supervision of Supervisors and frontline employees including professional development.
      • manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
      • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
