Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 for Saint Anne's Hospital located in Fall River, MA. In this role you will be a part of the Sodexo food service management staff (Operations Manager and Executive Chef), and lead a team of supervisory and hourly hospital employees. Saint Anne's is a small community hospital that is a part of Brown University Health. The foodservice employees are unionized.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of all day-to-day operations for all food operations
  • effectively lead the team through all Sodexo managers and hospital front line staff
  • ensure delivery of high quality food services including cafeteria retail, patient meals, and any catering needs that may arise
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards compliance

  • bring food & nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment - experience in a behavioral health facility would be a plus
  • excel with maintaining strong client relationships and high level of customer service
  • thrive in an environment where they are expected to manage multiple priorities in a busy, nuanced environment
  • have experience in a unionized environment (preferred)
