Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a General Manager 4 in Los Angeles, CA. The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food and Nutrition services at a medical center/hospital in the region. The General Manager will be a dynamic team player with a proven background in strategic thinking, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving successful business initiatives.
Candidates must have a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian) certification.
What You'll Do
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- develop strategic plans;
- ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.

- have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
