SodexoMAGIC is seeking a General Manager 4 at Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital in Miami, FL. A 120 bed hospital known for its exceptional hospitality. Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital provides a full continuum of mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

What You'll Do

The General Manager 4 will have oversight to all Food & Nutrition programs, including patient meal services and retail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial leadership, fluid in decision making and have a passion for patient and employee satisfaction This person will excel in driving results collaboratively with Sodexo and our client. They will focus on safety, client communication, staff development and financial acumen. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical. *Union experience- a plus!*

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
