Role Overview
Sodexo At School is seeking our next General Manger for K-12 Food Service Operations for Pueblo D60 in Pueblo, CO. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do
- Have oversight of day-to-day food service operations including but not limited to - supply management, menu development, employee engagement, HR, and training
- Deliver high quality food service
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to promote best practices, training, and staff recognition
- Develop strategic plans
- Create a positive environment
- Ensure Sodexo standards are met

What You Bring
- A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- High level of computer literacy and skill-set and experience with Microsoft Office, POS Systems, and Nutritional Software
- Experience with National School Lunch Program preferred

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Management Experience - 4 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years’ experience in management of school nutrition programs
