Sodexo has a great opportunity for you as a General Manager 5 for University at Albany, SUNY located in Albany, NY. At this Sodexo account, the General Manager will oversee the Food Service operations for The Indigenous Quad at University at Albany, SUNY. Indigenous Quad feeds approximately 1,900 students breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night service. The Indigenous Quad is open 7 days a week, and has over 9 dining platforms.The General Manager will report to the District Manager and will manage 3 Managers and 60+ union employees. As the General Manager, you will have total unit operating responsibilities including day to day interactions with clients.

The successful candidate will:

• Ensure HACCP compliance

• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
