Sodexo is seeking highly motivated and seasoned manager to lead our team as the General Manager 5 at Methodist Specialty and Transplant located in San Antonio, TX. This is a full service hospital with over 250 beds that provides specialized services for liver cancer care, emergency care, weight loss surgery, urology surgery, vascular surgery, inpatient rehabilitation, colorectal surgery and behavioral health care.

The General Manager will focus on food operations, labor productivity, budgets and financial reporting, client relations, and implementing strategies to drive patient/guest satisfaction. Success for the ideal candidate will be driven by positive outcomes through client satisfaction, retention, and positive patient and guest satisfaction scores. Coupled with prior management level experience in a hospital environment, our ideal candidate will be a customer focused, innovative leader with exceptional financial acumen as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and meet financial objectives.

Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
