Sodexo's Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager, Aviation Lounge 3 at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport!

An oasis away from the airport hustle, our Delta Sky Clubs/Lounges have become synonymous for comfort and elegance at major airports throughout the world.

The General Manager will function as the #2 to the onsite District Manager supporting seven Sky Clubs in terminals across the airport. The General Manager will have oversight for a large staff of hourly employees and managers who provide the food, beverage and custodial services within these private clubs. As a lead operator, you will be responsible for the club(s)/lounge operations including labor, cost management, scheduling, service standards, guest experience, employee relations, financial reporting, guest and client interaction.

The ideal candidate will have prior high-volume food and beverage experience within luxury brand hotel/restaurant operations with a focus on elevating guest experience and satisfaction. Annual managed volumes are $60M+ with 600 frontline team members and over 40 salaried managers. We are seeking a leader who is driven to excel and can work with and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
• ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
• fully versed in Profit and Loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business.

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Responsible for general management of an account/unit providing one or more core services (Core Services of: Lounge Operations and may include any of: Complementary Food and Bar, Food For Sale, Appearance Care, Credential Desk, Purchasing and Concierge Services. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
