The HR Director of Commercial Solutions will strategically partner with HR, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to support the sales process in the Seniors segment. This role will be responsible for enhancing the tools and processes for HR partnership with the Commercial teams. In addition, the HR Director will support the development of people-focused marketing collateral and strategy to increase sales opportunities.

This role is fast paced and will work with several different internal and external groups, requiring strong project management skillsets. Comprehensive knowledge of Sodexo operations and services, in addition to Human Resource strategy will be integral to position success. Strong communication and presentation skills are an asset.

This role includes travel, as needed, to support client-facing activities.


  • Partner with Commercial Enablement to define and be accountable for HR engagement milestones within the Seniors sales process.
  • Identify and provide solutions to mitigate HR risk during the sales process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to enhance commercial marketing collateral of HR programs.
  • Accountable for the HR delivery of the Mobilization plan for new business.
  • Travel to client sites to present the sales proposal as the HR Subject Matter Expert
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of team members and decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented matrixed work environment.

Position Summary

As a strategic partner, advises management on the formulation and administration of human resources (HR) programs for a significant segment of business. Coaches and counsels management on a broad range of HR topics focused on driving employee performance, strategy and workforce planning to strengthen overall business performance. Ensures alignment of HR policies in new business development and acquisition activities and facilitates effective onboarding and new unit opening processes. Leverages HR and workforce analytics to designs and implement human resources programs to align with and achieve business objectives. Fosters and ensures partnerships across HR functions to engage expertise required to both predict human resource needs and diagnose emerging trends. Maintains a deep understanding of the business including financial position, mid and long range plans, key environmental factors and competitive indicators.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years Human Resources experience
