Sodexo’s is in search of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Director to partner with the Campus leadership team. The ideal candidate will be solution oriented, performance driven, innovative and collaborative. This role will support the West geography of the US.

This is a remote based position and the ideal candidate will reside in Arizona or California.

The Human Resources Business Partner provides consultation and support to senior business leaders, operational teams, and clients to optimize human resources strategies. Additional responsibilities include:


What You'll Do
  • Partners with stakeholders to drive a high-performance culture across Schools rapidly growing organization through the leadership and execution of HR business strategies.
  • Facilitates the implementation and execution of initiatives that drive change, reinforce engagement, enhance company culture, and drive overall commitment to support growth.
  • Partners with the business and Campus leaders on managing performance and growth.
  • Ensures optimal business decisions are made that protect and strengthen the Sodexo culture and brand.
  • Coaches to build a performance and feedback culture within the business.
  • Partners with leaders to ensure that organizational structures are aligned with business goals.
  • Ensures work processes/systems are efficient and can be leveraged across disciplines.
  • Ensures roles and accountabilities are clearly defined and aligned with key priorities.
  • Works closely with talent acquisition to develop a robust pipeline of talent for growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
