The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600  - $83600

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience managing systems or projects, comfortable coordinating tasks, troubleshooting issues, and delivering scalable solutions.

• A passion for continuous learning and growth in areas like data analysis, process improvement, and HR technology.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 2 years
