Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support SSM Health St Mary's Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO. The HR Manager will support around 250 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline employees at this medical center and will also help support Sodexo employees at St Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, MO.

Salary range is negotiable and based on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately. This strategic leadership position will require some travel within the region with reimbursement for mileage.

The successful candidate will:

  • support, engage, and help retain staff through employee relations efforts
  • support managers and clients with HR related administrative tasks
  • work daily in software systems and applications
  • demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

We are looking for candidates who:

  • have at least 1 year of experience in human resources and employee engagement
  • have a high-level administrative background
  • are tech-savvy with the ability to pick up software quickly
  • have a passionate and energetic personality with natural ability to engage with all levels of the organization (frontline to executive)

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
