Sodexo is seeking an engaging human resource professional to join the team as a Human Resources Manager 2 at UTMB Galveston located in Galveston, TX.


What You'll Do
  • will support human resources functions for about 300 environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors, and frontline employees across 3 locations;
  • manage training and development, performance appraisals, coaching, and employee relations investigations with a focus on initiatives to drive retention and employee engagement;
  • possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws; and/or
  • understand and respect sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of HR experience
