Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support Norman Public Schools in Norman, OK. This role supports a large frontline team in a fast-paced environment. The HR Manager partners closely with on-site leadership to drive a positive culture, strong employee engagement, and effective employee relations. Success requires strong communication skills, client interaction, and the ability to build trust across all levels.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard frontline hires using HR systems, including onboarding and payroll platforms
- Apply knowledge of state and federal HR laws while maintaining accurate employee records (active and terminated)
- Coordinate and deliver required training programs, including monthly sessions
- Provide excellent customer service through professional phone and email communication
- Manage priorities effectively with strong organization, time management, and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Handle confidential information with discretion while supporting HR data analysis and special projects

What You Bring
- fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams) and Smartsheet
- able to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars
- detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
- have excellent organization, communication and project management skills

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of HR experience
