Sodexo is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer 2 for an opportunity with Riverview Health located in Noblesville, IN.

Working in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) for Sodexo, you will partner with our Healthcare clients to manage their clinical technology needs. Together, we provide leadership and expertise for their business, patients, residents and the staff who care for them. We are looking for a self-motivating, mentoring individual to complement our existing talent. Experience preferred with X-Ray, Rad rooms, C-Arms, Bio-Rad Fluor, Cath Labs, Mammography, and CT experience preferred.
ISE II Position Description:
Under direct supervision, this person will inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, system, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems. Participate in on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements.
The ISE II for this role will possess:
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Have 5+ years of imaging experience
- Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
- Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation schedule as required
Technical Duties and Responsibilities for Imaging Service Engineer 2:
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
- Knowledge of basic networking theory
- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and standards
- Knowledge of safety precautions when servicing high voltages and working with ionizing radiation
- Ability to analyze electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical equipment
- Ability to isolate, test, and replace defective parts
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspections
- Ability to maintain accurate records of repairs, calibration, and tests
- Ability to run diagnostic programs
- Skill in testing electronic, radiologic, and mechanical equipment
- Skill in manual dexterity, hand-to-eye coordination, and color vision

Position Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training
