Sodexo is seeking an Information Systems & Technology Project Manager for a high-profile client located in Renton, WA. Sodexo provides services to the corporate complex, including cafes, company stores, high end-catering and retail brands. This position plays a key role in the function of the Point-of-Sale application for 16 retail locations, in addition to other system applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the deployment of the Point-of-Sale food delivery application
  • Resource for Corporate IT departments to communicate technical requirements of the retail applications.
  • Project manager for the installation, configuration, and interface testing of HealthTouch® in preparation for Go Live at sites and systems; managing multiple project lines: IT, HealthTouch® Vendor, Computer Hardware, Unit Operations.
  • Deploy, and follow up to capture post-implementation outcomes and ensure smooth operation of the application.
  • Identify resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and/or third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan
  • Report on progress, resolve obstacles and oversees quality control throughout the project life cycle as well as successful implementation of the final product/program/process

  • Experience with digital signage software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Maximo, 12 – pay (preferred), Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Technology training experience
  • General understanding of procurement / ordering process
  • Ability to manage projects to a successful completion
