Join a dynamic role focused on coordinating frontline workforce operations across multiple locations. You’ll support scheduling, timekeeping, employee assignments, and compliance activities to ensure teams remain staffed, prepared, and aligned with operational demands. This position plays a vital part in maintaining continuity, accuracy, and workforce readiness in a fast-paced environment.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $44200 per year - $57200 per year

What you’ll bring
- Experience coordinating schedules, staffing rotations, and workforce assignments in an operational environment.
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including FMLA and HIPAA guidelines.
- Experience managing timecards, preparing timesheets, and supporting payroll processes.
- Accuracy maintaining operational forms, records, and monthly documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and communication purposes.
Requirements
Education Requirement: High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
