Sodexo is seeking a Laundry Operation Manager 2 for Bellevue Hospital Center, located in New York, New York.

Our Sodexo Healthcare teams work to direct Laundry operations at client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. The position will manage a team of client paid staff. This is part of New York City, Health and Hospital. NYC Health and Hospitals/Queens is the first municipal hospital in the borough of Queens. This is a 2nd shift position with alternate weekends and holiday. The hospital offers high-quality care for Cancer, Diabetes Management, Women’s Health and Behavioral Health. This position reports to a Client Executive on - site.

· Supervise and assists with monitoring daily work schedules and/or work assignments to ensure proper staffing needs are maintained.

· Checks quantities and condition of all sanitation supplies and reports discrepancies.

· Manages, trains, coaches to motivate to work as a cohesive team.

· Handles any overlapping Facility Vendor interactions and issues with professionalism.

· Prioritizes tasks and responsibilities as needed.

· Performs other related duties as required by Management

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of production experience
