About the job

Lead the creation and execution of memorable events that strengthen brand awareness, foster business relationships, and elevate employee engagement. Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of events, collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. Balance creativity with logistics to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed and each event leaves a lasting positive impression.


Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $89250  - $115500

What you’ll bring 

  • Experience planning and executing events that meet client and organizational goals.
  • Budgeting skills, including tracking expenses, preparing forecasts, and managing invoices.
  • Expertise coordinating vendors, suppliers, staff, and entertainment.
  • Hands-on leadership during event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Proactive mindset for risk mitigation, contingency planning, and problem-solving on-site.


Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 3 years
  • Related Experience: 3 years
