Sodexo is seeking a Marketing Specialist for White Horse Village a premier continuing care retirement community located in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time temporary position expected to last one year. Newtown Square is close to everything with fantastic schools and a sense of community! White Horse Village provides residents an active lifestyle with upscale amenities and comprehensive health services. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of marketing to promote Sodexo services and events.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with managers, clients, and the director in all matters relating to marketing to help establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship
  • Be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all marketing activities throughout dining services, through managers, supervisors, and frontline employees
  • Be focused on growth strategies for increasing sales for the unit, improving customer satisfaction and promoting Sodexo’s Brand.

  • strong marketing background and writing skills;
  • strategic leadership, talent management, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills;
  • strong computer skills,
  • best in-class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience;
  • client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs;
  • the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload; and / or
  • contract food services experience (preferred).

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in project management or related experience
