Sodexo is hiring a Multi eXPress Operations Manager for the Genesis HealthCare System located in Zanesville, OH.

Genesis HealthCare System is a rural small town community in Southeastern Ohio, 60 minutes east of Columbus.

Genesis HealthCare is an integrated health care delivery system including a not-for-profit hospital and an extensive network of physicians and multiple outpatient care centers throughout the region. Genesis and Sodexo have been working together for over 20 years! This is a unique account with growth opportunity!

The Multi eXPress Operations Manager oversees patient transport (within hospital only), Central Telemetry, Central Video sitter, and the Service Response Center (call center). Support team includes one Specialist, one Department Assistant and 3-4 lead team members. The best qualified candidate will be a self-starter with previous Management experience in the hospitality industry. Seeking servant leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
