About the job
The NORAM Digital Experience Lead is accountable for end-to-end digital experience delivery across the North America Meta portfolio, ensuring excellence in execution, adoption, and continuous improvement at site level. This role acts as both regional owner and strategic partner, translating global digital strategy into impactful local delivery while shaping that strategy through client insight, operational feedback, and innovation. The position ensures a globally consistent, locally relevant digital experience through strong cross-regional collaboration.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range: $161585 - $209110
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring
- 8–10+ years in digital, technology, or data-led roles
- Experience in large, multi-site or global environments
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Ability to translate between technical solutions and business outcomes
- Proven leadership in driving adoption, change, and performance

- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
