Nutrition / Menu Services Manager

Sodexo has an exciting, remote opening for a Nutrition/Menu Services Manager to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be a registered dietitian and will support ingredient and nutrition research along with strategic initiatives.

We are seeking an organized, analytical professional skilled in nutrition data, allergen/diet compliance, documentation and food management systems.

About the job

In this detail-oriented role, you’ll be at the center of ensuring culinary data accuracy and nutritional compliance across systems and menus. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing recipe, ingredient, and menu databases that drive operational success, regulatory alignment, and exceptional guest experiences.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $70000  - $80000

What you’ll bring 

• Proven experience in managing menu, recipe, and ingredient data within culinary or food service systems.
• Understanding of nutritional standards, allergen requirements, and regulatory compliance in menu planning.
• Familiarity with data entry systems, culinary software platforms, and cross- functional database integration.
• Skillset to collaborate effectively with culinary, nutrition, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the skillset to manage multiple data streams while maintaining consistency and compliance.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 3 years
• Related Experience: 3 years
