Role Overview
InReach is seeking a Pantry Supervisor in Santa Clara, California
The Pantry Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming, well‑organized, and fully stocked environment for employees and guests. This role ensures all pantry areas are clean, replenished, and aligned with service standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, guest‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced workplace.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry spaces, including counters, appliances, and seating areas.
- Replenish all food, beverage, and supply items throughout the day to ensure consistent availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate teams.
- Set up, restock, and break down daily service items such as coffee stations, snack displays, and beverage coolers.
- Ensure all equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, water systems, etc.) is functioning properly and report issues promptly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Provide friendly, responsive support to employees and guests using the pantry areas.
- Assist with small events or catering setups as needed.

- Prior experience in hospitality, food service and merchandising
