Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to support nutrition services at Deaconess Health System in Newburgh, IN, Evansville, IN, and Henderson, KY.

We're seeking a candidate with a strong passion for cultivating relationships with patients and provide great customer within the food service department. This candidate should be capable of multitasking projects and a problem solver. A background in specialized diets or call center experience is a plus.

  • Have a work history demonstrating strong client engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • Round with patients, collecting detailed data regarding their experience with a goal of improvement and patient centered solutions
  • Serves as the liaison between support services, nursing, and other patient care leaders to enhance patient food service outcomes
  • Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • Work on projects as assigned by department
  • Proficient in computer skills

Minimum Training/Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
  • Proven research and problem resolution skills
  • Must be well organized and use effective time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be a self-starter and be proactive

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year experience in Service Recovery role at large hospitality or hospital environment
