Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for located in Brockton, MA. In this role you report to the Food GM and will lead a team to maintain a high quality tray line for approximately 200 ppl per day. The hours are approximately 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and include one evening shift per week (11am-8pm) and coverage every 3rd weekend.

Good Samaritan Medical Center is an acute-care, 224-bed Catholic hospital providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and Level III Trauma emergency services to Brockton and 22 neighboring communities. The hospital offers Centers of Excellence care in orthopedics, oncology, and cardiology, specialized care in surgery, family-centered obstetrics with Level II special care nursery, and advanced diagnostic imaging.

The successful candidate will:

  • work with hourly associates to to exceed patient satisfaction
  • oversee the patient dining program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
  • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
