Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full time Patient Services Manager position at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, located in Boston, MA. Brigham & Women’s Hospital is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and is internationally known for excellent, complex care for a variety of medical conditions. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 40 employees in our patient call center, and participate in all daily patient services operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will:

  • oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
  • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy
  • exceed Sodexo standards and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits
  • perform management functions including direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Registered Dietitian credential, or are RD-eligible
  • experience with Healthtouch and/or EPIC
  • proven supervisory or management experience
  • excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
  • experience with regulatory accreditation and establishing and maintaining standards of care; and
  • a strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
