Job Description

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Create dough, sauce, and toppings from scratch using fresh ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in menu development and the creation of new pizza recipes.
  • Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery during peak hours.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role.
  • Knowledge of pizza-making techniques and recipes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for cooking and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary school training or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with a variety of pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, New York-style, etc.).
  • Experience with kitchen equipment and tools specific to pizza making.
