Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our Concessions Sodexo Live! kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pizza making and a love for food. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and specifications.

- Manage dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and shaping.

- Top pizzas with fresh ingredients, sauces, and cheeses.

- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar kitchen role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
