We are currently seeking an Project Coordinator- (OPMM) to join our team located in Rahway, NJ. This position is for a client account within pharmaceutical industry.
We are seeking an Project Coordinator to join and help our team successfully manage our Life Sciences client's move request activity; gather and evaluate business unit information, occupancy data. You will be responsible for the integrity of data in our clients' IWMS system, working as part of a diverse, supportive and talented team.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and support to the OPMM (Occupancy Planning & MAC Management) teams.
- Under supervision of a Manager, the Project Coordinator provides assistance in receiving, coordinating, and processing client Occupancy Planning and MAC (Move-Add-Change) requests; successfully planning and managing weekly, as well as small to mid-sized, multi-phase OPMM-run projects.
- Ensure all relocation and OPMM project management activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and in accordance with the client’s and Sodexo's policies and procedures
- Perform data input and ensure data accuracy within move management and CAFM systems.
- Work collaboratively with various direct or client suppliers/vendors/contractors, and assist with scheduling and coordination.
- Running weekly OPMM-related project status updates
- Prepare and update project status reports, tracking reports and maintain files for project due diligence.
- Manage relationship with signage vendors in the ordering and coordination of OPMM-led signage updates (weekly, and on an as-needed basis)
- Provide general move direction and is present at a move site during the move
- Ensures Client satisfaction throughout the OPMM (Occupancy Planning & MAC Management) process.
- Provides additional OPMM coordination duties on an ad-hoc basis
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of technologies with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
- Exhibits enthusiasm and positive attitude with clients and peers
- Willingness to learn is a MUST
- Majority of work is during standard office hours, however, on rare occasions we require flexibility and ability to work “non-standard” hours
- Ability to travel locally between company locations as required

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
