Project Coordinator
Job Description
Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a qualified Project Moves Coordinator in Richmond, CA for a Oil & Gas client. Plan and schedule all intra and interoffice move related activities, including event coordination with clients, internal support functions and external service providers.
What You'll Do
- Serves as a point of contact for site moves and events management of reservations, bookings, equipment, catering, and other such services.
- Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports. Managing service orders, and purchasing supplies and equipment.
- Coordinates logistics, setup/knockdown, and on-site problem resolution.
- May assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures and hosts regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
