Project Manager - Patient Experience
Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Project Manager - Patient Experience for The Intermountain Health Hospital System located in Colorado and Montana.The Project Manager will support 8 hospitals within the two states focusing on improving and implementing patient experiences, developing strategic analysis of trends and metrics, and creating action and communication surrounding solutions.
The Project Manager will office in Denver, Colorado and will travel to sites as needed. Salary Range is $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending upon experience.
The ideal candidate will have a successful background in driving patient satisfaction and project implementation in a healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will:
- support HealthTouch upgrades and continuously manage the database
- continuously drive improvement in patient experience and Pres Ganey scores
- lead and align Patient Services teams across all 8 locations
- interface with other healthcare professionals to improve the overall patient experience in food, environmental services and linen operations
- collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams
- collaborate with hospital clinical and administrative leadership
- collect and organize trending data to create actions plans and propose solutions
- communicate findings with Nutrition Services and interdisciplinary teams
- networking with other hospitals to identify best practices
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), required
- high-level experience with HealthTouch (or similar patient nutrition or food management software)
- excellent leadership skills and experience working with large teams
- proven ability to communicate and maintain professionalism in changing environments
- experience with continuous improvement, strategic analysis, and implementing systems and processes
- proven ability to work independently with self-motivated, self-starter mindset
- a passion for our patients and customers and continuous improvement
- a background in patient services and/or healthcare, food, EVS, and/or contract services

Position Summary
Coordinates the implementation of a defined, short-term project or sub-set of projects (less than one year) within set organizational procedures and standards. Responsible for meeting sub-set objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. This is an entry-level position. Typically requires knowledge and experience of the technical area being managed and an awareness of the business issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experience within functional area or project management
