Quality Assurance Manager (Food)
Job Description
Sodexo Government is seeking a qualified candidate for Food Quality Assurance Manager in Jacksonville, NC. Responsible to the Director of Quality Assurance and the VP of Quality for supporting the contracts USMC East Coast Quality Control and Safety Programs. Performs and oversee mess hall inspections following the Quality Control Program in matters related to quality control, food safety and sanitation for the region.
Duties Include:
- Performs and oversee mess hall inspections following the Quality Control Program in matters related to quality control, food safety and sanitation for the region.
- Maintains close working relationship with the Client, District Manager’s, Support Staff, General Managers and Quality Control Coordinators on all contract, quality and safety issues.
- Ability to objectively enforce required systems while still maintaining positive working relationships with those being inspected.
- Maintains liaison with the individual ACOR’s, COR and other customer representatives on project performance and service matters.
- Ensures corporate and regulatory compliance for the company's quality assurance and food safety initiatives by pro-actively providing technical expertise, training.
- Manages the crisis resolution process in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
