Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Regional Resident Experience Manager for our a clients in our Seniors segment, to be based in the Chicago, IL area. This position serves as part of the Covenant Living National Operations team, specifically focused on Engagement. This is a technical, hands-on role responsible for program development and deployment. The successful candidate will be expected to accomplish and execute outcomes by working in collaboration with the growth, operations, sales, and communications constituents to deliver deployment of existing programs and help develop new strategies and tactics to drive resident engagement.

This person will be actively working within our Seniors Services accounts throughout the country. Ideally, we'd like the selected candidate to reside in the Chicagoland area, or within 2 hours of the market. This is a travelling position, with up to 50% travel.

This is a virtual position with an estimated salary of $90,000, with great benefits, 401k, 3 weeks paid vacation, and more!

Technical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ? This role will be responsible for providing leadership and support in the deployment of the seniors segment marketing efforts.
  • ? Develop and maintain quality relationships with key, strategic individuals, groups, or networks inside and outside of the organization (e.g., clients, potential clients, vendors/suppliers, community groups, industry associations) to work collaboratively to accomplish mutual goals.
  • ? Willingness to demonstrate eagerness, enthusiasm, optimism, and passion when working. This includes demonstrating persistence, heightening personal effort in the face of obstacles and adversity; pursuing excellence for self and organization; having a sense of urgency; and possessing ambition.
  • ? Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience.
  • ? Drive account effectiveness through training and onboarding of new and existing unit marketing support personnel.
  • ? Drive growth through planning, development, and communication of growth initiatives, including non-mandatory meal plan sales, pricing, retail & catering sales, new sales & retention, eCommerce & retail promotions.
  • ? Develop and implement plans intended to increase customer insight/satisfaction through surveys/focus groups/engagement promotions and relevant technology.
  • ? Develop and implement internal/external communication through websites, social media, innovation sharing, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
