SodexoMAGIC at Disneyland Resort Cast Dining in Anaheim, California is currently seeking a Resident District Manager who is an experienced leader with proven ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, client relationships and innovation. The unit is high-volume, fast-paced retail cafes with national brands and Sodexo in-house brands and a commissary kitchen servicing Disneyland cast members. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for managing the Disney Cast Member Dining. It requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication and project management skills.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong team development skills, client relationship skills
• Proven successful P&L management experience
• Coordinate and direct subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline union employees
• Lead the teams financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development
• Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload
• A valid driver’s License is required for this position
• Experience working with clients relating to contract and account operations

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, and possibly multiple contracts. Oversees performance of unit management including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability performance, conformance with company policies and procedures and staff training and development. Liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
